My Auto Insure provides a free online service that matches consumers with insurance providers and agents ("Service"). We do not issue insurance policies, underwrite coverage, or bind coverage ourselves. We are a lead generation platform and aggregator.

3. No Guarantee of Quotes or Coverage

We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes from any specific insurance company or that any quotes provided will be the lowest available rates. The rates provided through our Service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final rates and policy issuance are subject to the underwriting criteria of the specific insurance company you choose.

4. User Information and TCPA Consent

By submitting your information on our Website, you authorize My Auto Insure and its network of insurance partners to contact you by telephone, mobile device (including SMS and MMS), and email, even if your telephone number is currently listed on any state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call list. You acknowledge that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your vehicle as prompted by the Service's form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, insurance providers may not be able to offer you valid quotes or coverage.

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by My Auto Insure and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Auto Insure, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
